It is an exciting time at Envu as we begin transitioning our same great products with a new look. Rest assured, the reliable solutions and expertise you have come to trust will not change or be impacted during this transition.

What about the labels will change?

Our packaging will be changed to reflect the updated Envu branding and look. This includes the Envu logo, new product logos, new color palette and new fonts. Most of our product names will remain the same, and we will inform you of any changes.

Will the products themselves be affected by this change?

No! We want to reassure you that the great expertise and solutions you have come to trust will in no way be impacted by this transition. They’re the same products, just with an updated look.

If I have product with the older labels in my inventory, is it okay to use?

Yes! In fact, we suggest you use products with older labels first to make way for new Envu branding. The sooner the older packaging can be moved out of your inventory, the sooner you can start using one product SKU under the new Envu branding to make is easier for record-keeping purposes.

When will I know new SKU numbers are assigned to products?

Starting in April 2024 and over the following few months, we will be sending a regular cadence of communication to customers that will include updated lists of new product SKUs and their estimated production timing as they are available.

Do I use old or new SKU numbers when placing product orders?

Some of our products are already being delivered with the new Envu labeling. For these products and the ones provided in customer update communication, new SKU numbers can be used to place orders. If you do not see products on the listings provided as part of an updated communication, please use the old SKU numbers until subsequent communication letters or Envu Customer Service notify you that we are ready to completely make the switch to the new Envu SKU.

Please continue to place orders using the old SKU numbers until subsequent customer communication letters or Envu Customer Service notify you that we are ready to completely make the switch to the new Envu SKU.
