Turn Mosquito Control Into a Revenue Driver with the In2Care® Mosquito Station From Envu®

The solution that turns mosquito season into a recurring service opportunity for PMPs

CARY, N.C. (March 23, 2026) — Mosquito season doesn’t just bring bites — it can bring business. The In2Care Mosquito Station from Envu is designed to control mosquito populations while creating a structured, repeat service offering that supports consistent, recurring revenue.

Shawn White, CEO of Pisgah Pest Control in North Carolina, adopted the In2Care Mosquito Station after confirming consistent performance through testing. It is now a core part of the company’s mosquito control program.

“Pest professionals can chase mosquito jobs, but when customers have the In2Care Mosquito Station, they experience a mosquito-free yard for months,” said White. “It may cost a little more, but clients are happy — it’s a win-win.”

According to Shawn Mullen, entomologist and mosquito management/specialty business manager at Envu, In2Care boosts pest management professionals’ profits as an add-on at approximately $125 per cycle or as a standalone service at approximately $25 to $40 per station, with two to three stations per yard, delivering complete mosquito control when paired with a barrier treatment.

The In2Care Mosquito Station’s auto-dissemination system ensures continuous control even after technicians leave. It uses a mosquito’s natural behavior to spread a larval control agent into hard-to-reach places that technicians cannot easily access. When a female mosquito enters the station, she picks up a slow-acting fungal adulticide (Beauveria bassiana) and a larvicide (pyriproxyfen), which acts as a growth regulator on her offspring. She then carries these agents to multiple water sources around the yard. The fungus reduces her lifespan over the following six to 12 days, while the growth regulator spreads to nearby development sites, preventing juvenile mosquitoes from becoming adults.

For White, adding the In2Care Mosquito Station to his business offering was an easy decision. “In2Care solves the problem in the most targeted way that we could think of. It’s the best product on the market for mosquitoes.”
