Floramite
Product Overview
Floramite® SC ornamental miticide (IRAC Code 20D) delivers rapid and broad-spectrum control of multiple species of spider mites (Tetranychidae). Floramite SC is effective through both contact and residual activity, controlling all life stages of Tetranychidae spider mites. Floramite SC is minimally disruptive to beneficial insects and predatory mites, making it suitable for integrated pest management (IPM) programs. Its unique mode of action also supports resistance management strategies.
Floramite SC works through contact and residual control by inhibiting electron transport within the mitochondria (energy-producing cells) of spider mites while being relatively inactive against beneficial insects and predacious mites, perfect for IPM programs.
